It is the intention of Art Without Limits to help art and artists survive and flourish.
Art Without Limits acts as a fiscal receiver to arts organizations and artists so their donors can fund to a nonprofit 501 c 3 in order to receive a tax deduction.
Artists and organizations seeking this status need to apply for Affiliate status with Art Without Limits and be approved by our Board of Directors at one of our meeting on the first Tuesday of each month. We will act as sponsors for organizations operating primarily in the continental United States.
Affiliates are charged $50 for each grant in advance that they intend to apply for. Art Without Limits will go over the proposal and make recommendations if requested. 5% of the funds granted, less the $50 payment, is the fee for our services. The advance fee is not required for donations from individual funders that do not require our nonprofit documents.
All funds are paid to Art Without Limits and we, in turn, send you a check after deducting the 5%.

We have 19 arts groups and artists that we serve with fiscal sponsorship, grant writing guidance, and our business workshops. Two have gone on to receive their 501 c 3 status and groups applying for this service continue to grow.
