Patricia Houghton Clarke, award winning international photographer, is one of our newest Art Without Limits fiscally sponsored artists.
Patricia has put her fiscal sponsorship to use through her current project, Facing Ourselves, which gives a voice to those who have lost everything, endured tremendous hardships, and have been forced to leave their homes.
The Facing Ourselves series has won a significant international Julia Margaret Cameron Honorable Mention Award for Human Rights and several of the photographs will be exhibited in the 5th Biennale in Barcelona, Spain in Spring 2019.
Patricia will begin a new series of portraits for Facing Ourselves in Carpinteria this winter. Be sure to keep up with the project on Facebook!
Ms. Clarke’s work has also recently been accepted into the Barack Obama Presidential Library and won an Honorable Mention in the prestigious International Photography Awards in New York City for her image “Hold Hope: Obama in California.”
