Executive Director of Art Without Limits

Jodi McLeod is Art Without Limits' (AWoL) Executive Director who took over for her mother, Julie McLeod, AWoL founder and director. 

Jodi grew up dabbling in many art fields including the flute, recorder, violin, piano, guitar, drawing, painting, ceramics, dancing and make-up.

Jodi has served as co-director, treasurer, and administrator at AWoL having had experience in bookkeeping and accounting. For the past three years, she has worked with Art Without Limits and has been a key factor in streamlining fiscal sponsorship procedures and standardized record keeping for each AWoL project.

She spent last year preparing for the transition of leadership by participating in intensive professional development trainings with local experts Rod Lathim, Nina Dunbar, Trevor Kasmar, Henry Rosas, and taking courses at Santa Barbara City College.

Jodi McLeod has a 32-year career in management and nonprofit experience with organizations including Santa Barbara Bird Sanctuary, Menagerie, Mesa Chiropractic, and Action Physical Therapy.

She has an AA degree in Merchandising & Marketing from FIDM, a make-up certificate from the Studio Make-up Academy and took accounting courses at SBCC.
